1. Return for exchange item: When exchange for free: If your products encounter crash in delivery, we will replace the product for free for you and undertake the shipping cost for you to ship the item back to us through simple airmail.

2. Mis-ordered products: If you order a wrong item and plan to exchange for you want, then just contact our customer service for help,if we can exchange for you, you need to pay the shipping cost to us as well as return to you.

3. Physical Damaged Items: If the item is damaged by yourself, we can not provide exchange service for you. But you can return for repair.

What you do before returning for replacement: you need contact our customer service to tell us your problem. What's wrong with your item and what you want us to do for you.

How we will do after receiving your return:

you need keep touch with us to make sure we get it. After checking the item, we will arrange a replacement for you and we will inform you when everything is done. Please remember to check your email from time to time.
Notice for shipping options: When you confirm to return the items to us, please use ordinary airmail to return it, and write ship to the address our customer service provides.
NOTE: You need to provide a clear photo or video showing the product problem.

Photos/videos should ideally be clear and focused, taken under good lighting conditions, and from a close to medium distance. This allows us to identify and verify the issue(s).

 For No Reason Return: you need to ensure that the product package is intact and all accessories are complete and unused. items must be new, unwashed, and still have the labels attached.

All returns will be checked by our technical team upon arrival. If the returned product cannot be repaired, topchasing.com will provide an alternative solution. 

For refunds, the processing time for us to proceed with the refund will be within 2 business days upon receiving your returned item. After we process your refund, the time it takes to show in your account depends on the payment method.
