We want you to be as happy as possible with your shopping experience. As a result, we have a customer-friendly returns policy. Any damage or faults you may find must be reported to the TopChasing team within 48 hours. If you find that you no longer want or need a particular product, we have a 14-day refund guarantee, ( Since receiving goods ) and 180 days repair service for consumers.
For more than 14 days, the customer needs to pay for after-sales repair postage and replacement postage by the consumer, within 60 days, we agree with the customer's refund, but the consumer needs to pay us some product depreciation fees.
Refunds and exchanges will be subject to the condition all products are returned to us. That is, unused and packaging intact, and in its original packaging. A full refund may not be given if the item is not able to be resold as new.
When you accept the goods from the courier check the item(s) if possible, to ensure there are no visible marks or damage, as you are signing that you have received it in perfect condition and that you are satisfied with it. If the goods are damaged or unsatisfactory please write the word 'unsatisfactory' on the delivery note.
If you cannot check the goods please write 'unchecked' on the delivery note. Retain all packaging when unboxing, for any return.
